Well, if it is a "right" then why are you not covering all the people
in Africa and India and Afghanistan?  Why, if it is indeed a universal
right.  Why is it only wihtin your countries borders?
There must be a reason why this universal right only applies to
"developed countries" as someone put it.  Rights are enforced by
people. Why aren't you enforcing it worldwide?
Paying for ALL humans that have "the need."
