Thanks, I will give it a go

I am. I am trying to point out that everything that people do, every
day, they have motivations for these actions. You may know what they
are, or not, but they do what they do for their reasons, and their
motivations. You may "divert" those motivations, but you can never
remove them completely. Anything you replace them with, well it
better be in compatibility with their "nature' whatever that is, or
they are just going to go back to their own motivations. Every "bad"
thing that happens out there today, somone was motivated to do it.
Every purchase, every deal, every sale, every act. Ignoring the
reality of these motivations I feel is a mistake. Everything you
consider frivilous, well it appears it was important to them.
I am merely suggesting we consider that too.

After survival, people have "wants." I don't see that going away,
I am just trying to be realistic. I think we need to match whatever
phiosophy we come up with to human nature, whatever that is. I see it
emperically as having wants "included." I see a world of "selfish"
people living their lives. The ones who help, they are selfish too,
follow them around all day, they will do something selfish. Not that
this is a bad thing, it appears natural to me. Helping is good, but
consider what people want, not what you think they want.

There were no "60s" inbetween Nixon and Reagan by the way, heh, at
least while presidents, and what was so horrible about Reagan? Save
it, I can guess.

I am simply trying to point out that the very "developed world" was
created by the processes I am describing, and yet those processes are
disgarded as "lower consciousness" and some suggest to tear it down
and build a differrent world. Oddly, they want to use what was
already created by the "bad" thinking in the developed world. I see
that as a contradiction. I think you could build a lovely third world
with your ideas, when fully extrapolated. Just my twisted opinion of
course, to be sure. Perhaps we should go back to hunting and
gathering?
