There is only God's will. Only God's will is ever enacted. No act
that has ever been performed has EVER failed. It may well have been
seen to fail by those with limited knowledge (mankind), but God cannot
fail due to omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence. None of which
are common among humans. ;-)
