WIth the Jehovah, Allah flavour of gods I am not sure that they could
change their plan.

They have been assigned so many imaginary powers that it would appear
that the gods are stuck. In another thread I have been told that God
cannot change its mind if doing so would be misleading or evidence of
a lie. Well an omnipotent god that can't change its mind doesn't seem
like much fun to me.

Also, this omniscience business must mean that before the prayer
prays, the god-thing must know what is about to be prayed for and made
its mind up long ago.

Lastly, if anyone ever prays for a severed limb to re-grow and good
documentation shows that it does, then I will consider the efficacy of
prayer.
