I saw a TV show that was a tour of beautiful German last night, and thought of you and Francis. It included a short bit on the wall, and the memorial segment left, painted by artists to inspire and remind.
I think you are right about the idea of compulsory health care insurance. It will be interesting to see how they try to pull that one off and what comes of it. One thing for sure, a system that doesn't break the bank is needed.
