Ohh perhaps we have but really can you not envisage what may happen to a country berift of some sort of goverment? Would people just go out and maintian the highways, police the state, ensure the country was not easy for another to invade, provide education for the young, healthcare for the sick, food clothing an energy for the people?
Nope we certianly need people to do these things.
