I might add that this is NOT a Race Issue but simply a real issue concerning immigration and the special treatment toward a specific segment of society. If it were any other culture the "Issue" would remain the same. The fact that this is issue is directed towards the Hispanic community is entirely "Coincidental" and not any intentional attack upon a culture/race. The signs in question are obviously English/Spanish. If the issue were confined to border towns it would be a different story and one of minimal consequence. However, when you have states in the far northern tier of the country having to expend much needed tax revenue on new signage to accommodate immigrants, it becomes an issue worth looking at. The issue is the "why" of it. Immigrants have never had such accommodation, not the Polish, Irish, German, Italian, Jewish or any other immigrants. Why is this happening? If you think about it, this could be a psychological issue on the social level and not just an economic issue on the corporate/ government level.
