I got off track I was thinking of something else..yes I agree if it English speaking country than it should be in English..it should be that simple..If I went to another country than I would get a book and learn a little bit of there language..when I get on the phone it is spainish that comes on first now..instead of English ...English is second...I recieved a bill and it was in spanish..I called them at the hospital..and it was a spainish woman I was speaking too could hardley understand her and this was a private hospital..(they should hire people who can speak clear)for these positions....for all...well I proceeded to tell her this must not be my bill because it was in spanish and it was to much..she still did not understand me..so it took me thrity-minutes of my time to tell her I was not spanish..so how could this be my bill? ...well yes they sent me another one and this time it was in English..and yes it was my bill and I had to pay a outrageous bill..(beside the point) and when I had customers some was from mexico and could not speak english and I commucated with them and I was good at it...but many had what should we say a dispostion..and because I was good at what I did ..I was the choosen one to help these people...I do ok untill they are not even a citizen and complain..when you are being perfect in being polite and taking more time with these customers because of the language barrier...I could go on but I wont..
