I see your point, a good one too. At what point does perception become realization. But I would say that there is much more to perception than sensory perception. As William Blake pointed out: "If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is, infinite. For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things through narrow chinks of his cavern."[
