Molly, you were talking of God sending messages but your perspective is not right. If a crow keeps on crowing repeatedly it means nothing, don't draw symbolic meaning from it, but the messages will come to you if you shed arrogance and keep an open and receptive mind. It is humans who will be the medium of God and you have to listen and draw inspiration from them, and your attitude " I don't want anyone to tell me what to do " is the obstacle which you have to overcome. I am no representative of God and am not offering you advice , I am just sharing my thoughts with you and it is you who will decide what is bull-shit and what is not. Sometime somewhere words will open the doors of spiritual progress and to avail that opportunity you will have to keep an open and unprejudiced mind.
