I kinda think this is the only name that we have to retain. Legally we and MUSL both copy this code from Rich Felker, et al.

And the notices of these two pieces of code can be combined.


According to our existing COPYING.MinGW-w64-runtime.txt we already have some pieces of code included that do require attribution when redistributed in binary form, so this is just another license in the list.

Yes that's what I meant.
