Ideally we only need one single notice for them, since these come from

Either something like that, or a more vague reference that various
routines are imported from Musl; otherwise there'll be more work (that
will be forgotten) once we import more functions. (We already have
assorted string/memory functions for libucrtapp.a as well.)
