How can I do that?
Moreover I think that the MN is initially in a foreign
network.

----> Yah. It seems like MN is in foriegn network.
Then just try pinging to MN's home address from any correspondent node CN(
CN is any ipv6 node and can be in home network or foreign network).

If ping is successful then we can say MIPv6 is working fine.
Use ping6 application for this.

 In fact:

ifconfig (MN)--->
2001:660:3203:1016:203:47ff:fefb:1fd/64 Scope:Global
HoA (manual config)--->
2001:660:3203:1012:203:47ff:fefb:1fd/64

In addition to that, the MN interface is called eth0,
however the HA interface is xl1!!!
Do I have to change that?!

---------> No need of changing that.
