ethernet cables switch. I just plug the cable from a
home hub to a foreign network hub.

Yes. Log messages stop at that point :
__md_discover_router: discover link on iface eth0 (1)
md_change_default_router: add new router

It is difficult to have:

when I got that for the first (and only) time, HA
replied with a Parameter Problem (Next Header) package
(icmpv6, type 4, code 1, problem pointer 0x0028)
