That's strange.  So the BOOT_SEL and UDC references in Ingenic's jz4730
kernel sources are just copied and not really present on the chip?  Or
are they just not present in the hardware we have?

For the 4740 I got a programmer's manual through the qi hardware people.
 Do you have a similar document for the 4730?  I would very much like to
have it!

No, as was already pointed out, my epc-700 has an empty usb connection
spot.  I already understood it's just another host port, not a device
port.  Pity.
