rsync incremental backup question

hi everyone
i'm using rsync incremental backup and
i'm trying to understand which backups are full and which are
incremental, 
my backup policy is 7 daily 4 weekly 12 monthly 1 yearly backup
for the daily backups            
monday is a full backup 
and tuesday to sunday are incremental.
is that the same for my weekly and monthly backups
where the first week is a full backup  
and the following weeks are  incremental backup of the previous week ?
