To help you I need some more information: You are using VTK 5.0.2? Which ITK version? Which compiler? QT 3.3.6? Did you check the cmake flags for VTK? See http://www.mitk.org/wiki/Build_requirements. Cmake generated the project with no problems? Which operation system?
