Dear Thomas,

Meaning of my problem regarding value of point in y-axis is that value is
negative when  pixel(the point's corresponding)  located in the first and
second quadrant of rgb image. It seems this problem is related to bug-13567(
http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13567) .
