Hi at all MITK Diffusion user, I need to do some IVIM analysis, but I'm blocked with dicom import.
I tried to run the command Import DICOM as *.dwi but, although MITK says "Finished import", I don't found any *.dwi file. The log is this: == Initial Directory Scan == ...found 10 different files Scanning Headers ...succesfully scanned 5 headers Sorting Number of files in series not equal, Some volumes are probably incomplete. ABORTING My scanner is and Ingenia 1.5 T (by now i don't remeber software version). I know there are some problems with Philips dicom. How can i resolve this problem? Do you have any suggestion?
