Hi Nicolò, following the log output you have posted it seems that your data is possibly not complete. The error message appears if the number of dicom files recognized for import and the number of acquisition series do not match (more precisely: the number of files is not a multiple of the number of series). It is possibly also the reason also why it did not work with slicer.
So maybe try a different export settings on the PACS Workstation. Another possibility to verify if the data is complete is to try to import the data with the OsiriX application.
