Hi Jan,thanks for the answer. It was the first thing i checked. Importing data on Osirix resulted in one series of 180 images (15 slices x 12 b values). I also tried to export the data from osirix and the import MITK with no luck. Below there is the file structure of the data exported directly from the MR console.

Hi Nicolò, following the log output you have posted it seems that your data is possibly not complete. The error message appears if the number of dicom files recognized for import and the number of acquisition series do not match (more precisely: the number of files is not a multiple of the number of series). It is possibly also the reason also why it did not work with slicer. So maybe try a different export settings on the PACS Workstation. Another possibility to verify if the data is complete is to try to import the data with the OsiriX application. Please let us know about your progress with the import.
