thanks for the answer. Yes, I exported the data from the console.

I also tried to export the data from my PACS. In this case, MITK start to scanning headers, then proceed to sorting and finally crash, with an empty log file.

Which software do you use on your workstation to do the dicom export?

Did you exported the data directly from the aquisition console?
Philips Dicom comes with Enhanced MR headers, and you must avoid this headers. Export the data from the console to a EWS/ISP/Workstation, and then do a Dicom Export.
I work with a Achieva and a Ingenia, and this usually works.
