I think you're unlikely to get good results with *any* PC motherboard's onboard sound, either for quality or latency. I would always go for a real 4ch soundcard. I'm sure there must be others but it probably has the nicest wheels of the lot and I put a lot of time into getting it working really well -- but no LED support alas due to their NDA requirement. Or get yourself a Serato setup off some decks or CDJs...
