So, how much does the lack of LED support bother you when
DJing? It's nice when all the purdy lights a-flicker, but if it
all works without running blind or poking around to see states

changes at m-audio?

Do LEDs follow local button actions (eg. MIDI on/off) or are
they simply output-only devices, eg. the software makes them
track buttons (that's how I would design such a thing :-) so
all LEDs are simply off all the time? (Or maybe on all the time,
nice for night time.)

I take it the progress meters, etc (eg. all output to Xponent)
do not work...

Howsa trackpad? The mousy joystick on the Herc sucked pharts.
