The Aurora mixer is an interesting ready-buy concept. I think their use of
"open source" term could be misleading, because it's not clear how the code
is licensed. That's a show-stopper for me.

It doesn't replace a proper vinyl record control system, and looks too wide
to be a deejay mixer control next to a turntable. This would be a good
device to pair up with a pair of monome devices to generate music, or use
with complicated Pd patches.

Ping me when there's a cheap (n < $25usd) OpenSoundControl module to build a
control surface with... USB is no good.
