Hi Waylon,

> Vinyl Control input, channelN passthrough = Aux onto deck EQ & fader?

[ChannelN] "passthrough" = 1 where N is 1 ... 4 in current Mixxx

> It would be more easy to use the existing decks rather than creating
whole new code around Aux decks.

Probably yes, but fortunately there is no C++ code required, since we have
already four Aux Inputs,
and four effect racks for the additional EQs.

So it is currently possible to turn Mixxx into a 8 Channel Mixxer, with
working on a special skin only.

The EQ topic is an other one. If you like to put a Mid speeping EQ on All 8
Channels, we need to add
such an EQ effect and merge Nicu's EQ Effect Rack as it is.
https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/pull/330

Kan you explain the functions of the tree knobs of such an EQ? We can just
reuse the 3 Gain Knobs and Kill buttons of the Deck EQs
Is "Gain | Center | Q" sufficient? How do you use it?

Kind regards

Daniel
