Hi,
for a start, i`d recommend to translate the Mixxx user interface first.
Just to get a hang of it, to get familiar with the Transifex translation 
service,
and because it is the most prominent way to reach out to Tagalog speakers. 

Tagalog is now on the list of supported languages, see
