Yay!! Crossfade sounds awesome. What about: if the project becomes 
official, it could obtain the "xxxfade" form (which would still be 
pronounced crossfade)?

Oh I don't know, probably none. :) I'm just impressed with Tiny Core's

ability to boot to a GUI with basic tools (on a 3.16 kernel) from a 
14.5MB image on a thin client with 50MB RAM and having about 5MB still

free. That and the fact that the system returns to a pristine state on

each reboot (yet can save user data to local drives or the network) is

really nice.

I like the fact that your project aims to boot on ALL x86 computers!

That sounds like a good plan, especially since a few people have

commented that they like the name "Crossfade" for this. (I happen to
as 
well.)
