I think we should put out a call specifically for windows testers, and
maybe as people to fill out a short survey.  It could be that the number
of affected users is a small percentage and it's good enough that we can
release.

Otherwise I agree, the number of bug reports has not been large and if
we can get windows to the place where linux and mac are, I'd be ok with
cutting the release.
