hmmm.  thats very odd.  connectors are almost ALWAYS color matched.

i dunno.  the 5th injector is only supposed to work for a couple seconds
at most.  the best way to solve the problem is to look at the wiring
diagrams.  check the colors of the wires first, but know that they might
be wrong.  (like someone spliced in another set of connectors)  with
that in mind, also do a simple continuity check from the connector at
the computer to your questionable connectors.  its easy, its quick, and
it gives a definite yes or no answer.

no.  i dont think it should.  the wire colors are all the same for all
motronic 16v's, so i wouldnt expect the connectors to be any different. 
did you look over your harness when you got it?  someone might have
spliced in different connectors to get the lengths of the wires correct
for an A2 swap.
