Yeah, those straps broke on my clutch... when i mis-shifted into 3rd
instead of 5th at redline.  Calculated to about 9500 rpm or better, and no
damage to the motor- all thanks to the fact that the pressure plate
grenaded.

I wouldn't recommend going with a stronger pressure plate unless you're
breaking them, just in case anybody was thinking about it. :)
