Actually I've raced a '96 240sx 5spd in my GLi. My car is totally stock. Well K&N and Superspirnt header but I didn't even have my exhaust on yet at the time. We raced from about 40mph to 90-100 and I was even with him all the way. The guy had full APEX-i dual N-1 exhaust and one of those cone intake thingys. I'm friends with the guy and was amazed at what my old grocery getter could do. :) So I'm pretty sure you could take him. Plus I had 17's on at the time.
