Jesse,
   Even if you manage to find a replacement headliner
at a junque yard chances are that it won't be in very
good shape.  The headliners on these cars are kind of
cheap.  I was semi-lucky in that the PO recovered mine
in a black leatherette vinyl.  It looks OK but not
terrific.  I did recover the sunroof panel with black
vinyl and that does look OK and wasn't too hard.
   Has anyone priced a replacement from the dealer?
   Frankly your best first step would be to go to an
upholstry shop and see what they would charge to fix
it.  (BTW I had my drivers seat redone at the usual
wear points in a heavier fabric; cost me $90 and was
well worth it!)
