Can anyone that replies to this message post it to the list so everyone can
see it. I'm having this EXACT problem w/my Motronic Passat. Maybe I can
grab something from the replies to Dave, if they are posted to the entire
list, that is.

My '88 GLI (CIS-E Jetronic) has an issue with what seems like low fuel
pressure at startup. For the first few seconds, it sputters, then it
catches up and all is good. It also does it the first time I put it under
load, but from there on out, it runs like a dream. In-tank fuel pump is
new, accumulator is new, and the fuel filter is new. Any thoughts?
