I'm 95% sure my fan and pully was one piece (it was a 2.0L 16v with A/C and P/S)... Maybe try getting that one piece and replace it

Only half (or 3/4's this time) breaks off & goes through the hood. The fan is breaking in 1/2. And I don't believe I overtightened the alternator either.
