I've got the same thing going on.  Mine does it all the time not just after 
i decelerate.  I've replaced many things but nothing has fixed it.  things i 
haven't replaced include, injectors, cold start valve(both were tested ok), 
and my neuspeed chip.  I've tested and replace many things including: temp 
sensor, thermo time switch, both fuel pumps, set fuel mixture, checked 
timing(cam-crank/cam-cam/ignition), intake boots, vacuum lines, injector 
o-rings...i think there's more but i can't remember right now.  I've pretty 
much just given up on it.  I've seen many dyno charts and all seem to have 
the same bogg in teh power band.  If you figure it out please send something 
to the list.
