170 to 200 Flywheel horsepower is quite ambitious but not impossible. I've seen professional projects that included head and intake/exhaust manifolds extrudehoned, aftermarket intake/exhaust cams, larger valves, and 2.1 liter displacement kits reach the 185hp neighborhood. I would imagine that extending beyond that would necessitate aftermarket fueling systems and ignition. (or forced induction)
