Oh, I assumed that the profile was how it knew whether or not the inputs
were interlaced, but I guess I was wrong.

I've also just found the "Force progressive" setting in the advanced tab
of the clip properties, so I think I know what I'm doing now!

But it can do 50p -> 25i (e.g. DVD)?
