I also use Waldonet and found them to be reliable. I'm running my own web, email and ftp server and find no problemns with these ports.

I can tell you that Waldonet do not block ports. They will give preference to traffic on well known ports during business hours, but this is done to ensure that P2P service do not prevent you from downloading your latest Knoppix ISO and such like. If your application runs on ports over 1024 or they're not 'normal' web services, try running the applications outside of regular business hours or speaking to an ISP about getting guaranteed access.
