On-vol have problems lately

I have a 256 cable connection
-bandwith limit was about 5 and upgrade to 7 if not mistaken.
-Download speeds are low (maybe because i am 256)
-Problem : they are getting disconnected for a 1sec or 2 which sometimes happens more than once daily
Results of the problem:
-If you are downloading from http after ethrnity waiting the download you have to start again downloading as you get disconnected for that sec
- browsing you get timed out
- playing you get connection interrupted ( an we don't need to mention the bad pings)
- msn messanger you get disconnected (not that of importance)

:s reason why I am still with them because only lm12.83 a month and i never paid the installation fee :D Freasher's week offer

hope that it helps you
Cheers

Keith/sims email me (james.attardATgmailDOTcom) so I can share some
opinions with you. Unfortunately I cannot post here since I've been
working with some ISPs and it's not fair as I may sound biased.

Sod that, share your views with us all. If you have some opinions, let
us all know. This is what it's all about.

I use Waldonet, that you can see from my IP. I used to be with Onvol and
they, IMO, were very good. I'd be very happy to use them again. In terms
of download limits, Onvol have them and others do not. But Onvol have
resonable d/l limits, I understand.

Be open and share the info and views. Isn't this what we're all about??

Regs.

Iain.
