As a follow up to that question, does a product such as LB-SP141 SkyMe
USB Phone (product of Lobos company) work with any WIFI-capable
computer? I could just install the VOIP client on the desktop, download
the driver, plug-it in and voila? 
Or will some network owners put a filter in place to prevent this?
