Hi all,

If you're one of the unlucky people who trusted Rogers enough to buy an
HTC Dream or Magic from them since June 2009, you're probably stuck with
their "Windows-only" urgent upgrade for 911 issues. They also decided to
stop 3G access for anyone using custom firmwares or not upgrading.
