Quebec has an "early" cancellation clause that limits the $ you pay to break the contract. Upgrading the phone has or is becoming a serious issue. My question: if I buy a better phone (non-Cell company source) and switch the SIM card, will anyone notice? I understand the features won't all work, etc. Sustain
