I can not resist to just sit down and read the comments, understanding a little bit of bahasa, and as a Moslem who has bestfriends with different believes, made me think that maybe I should give a little comment.

Indeed, the Cartoon is NOT proper and humiliating, this is showing that there are irresponsible and heartless people out there who has no respect towards other's believes. I strongly think it is okay to be angry knowing that the prophet Mohammed is being insulted in such way - however, we can show reaction in a more educated, civilized way with full awareness of our dignity.

Certainly, those who made the cartoon is a lot lower than us who can think that this can cause global riots, this can cause negative suspicious among religions - so why do we have to drag ourselves to their level?

Allah's law is certain, but as human, if we can not change it with words or action, then we can pray that Allah will show his way - the truth will someday come to the surface.

As for us the educated Moslem, I think it is better for us to "educate" our friends and brothers from different believe the beauty of Islam. Remember that Indonesia consist of many tribes and religions - I think it is truly wonderful if we can teach them and show them how peaceful is Islam, how the teaching of Al Quran is always full of love. I urge us not to react in a harsh way toward this type of issue.

By doing sweeping and scaring the other nationalities will not bring us to the best solution. Those Danish citizen, Australians, Americans, English NEVER made the request to Allah to be born with different nationalities. And do we ever think that they can be Moslems too? Maybe not today, but perhaps tomorrow...So again, softer and educated apporach is the best. INDEED WE HAVE TO EXPRESS WHERE WE SHOULD STAND ON THIS CASE - THAT WE STRONGLY AGAINST THE IDEA OF INSULTING THE PROPHET MOHAMMED, But can't we also at the same time express it by embracing them with the introducing of peaceful in Islam.

..Insya Allah....
