I'm not sure what you mean by duplicates or library files. When syncing between 
two machines, you should copy the entire .mnemosyne directory in C:\Documents 
and Settings\Clayton.

I you still have problems, make sure you are running the latest version, and 
that no directories are write protected.

Also, on Windows it often helps to uninstall the program, and then reinstall 
it.

If you use Mnemosyne from an USB key as well, be sure to follow the 
instructions from the webpage to the letter, otherwise, the USB install could 
get confused with the install on the local machine. Better still, only use an 
installation from the USB key in order to avoid confusion.
