Hey, I have only been using mnemosyne for about a month, but i have had a few problems. On two occasions, when i opened up the program my decks had gone, there were no cards in there. The program is in chines so i cant tell you exactly what it says, but it is something like there is no way to read/open the files.
this is an annoying, but what makes it worse, is the program is not automatically backing up. I do have auto-backups from when i was adding cards, but there are none since i started to use it there have been none, this means i have lost a lot of work each time this has happened. Help with either problem would be appreciated, particularly how to start it auto-backing up.
