Greetings, I respectfully disagree. It may not be super simple to import cards into Mnemosyne, but one might consider that "importing" is itself an advanced feature. I think most users make their cards within the program itself, which is straightforward and has a bit of error checking to eliminate later trouble.
Did you try looking at the documentation or the videos already on the website?
