Thanks for the observations! I'm open to changes of the algorithm, but these are probably best done after analysing all the log data. I don't see a way to do this anyhow, apart from the mind reading module I'm planning to add to Mnemosyne 3.0 :-) Anyhow, bear in mind that SRSing is not an exact science, but just a (mostly useful) heuristic.
