Thanks for the observations! I'm open to changes of the algorithm, but these 
are probably best done after analysing all the log data. It will not be for 
the near future, though...

Not at all, I'm afraid. I don't see a way to do this anyhow, apart from the 
mind reading module I'm planning to add to Mnemosyne 3.0 :-) Anyhow, bear in 
mind that SRSing is not an exact science, but just a (mostly useful) 
heuristic.
