The cards were graded "yet to learn" when first added, then eventually advanced to higher grades through testing.
I think seeing multiple sister cards on the same day is actually an artifiact of the initial problem. That is, the priority to "meet quota" initially entered multiple new sister cards on the same day with the same grade. They all got the same grade that day, which brought them all up again on the next day. I will watch this.
