Hi Ayesha,
Put your Arabic cards in the 'vocabulary' card type. Then, using
'settings' - 'configure mnemosyne' - 'card appearance' you can set the
font for 'foreign word or expression' as you wish.
If you study multiple languages, you can use 'cards' - 'manage card
types' to clone the vocabulary card type in e.g. Arabic, Chinese, etc..
and have a different font for each language.
The Vocabulary card type is designed to have just enough fields to
capture the vast majority of the use cases ('foreign word',
'pronunciation', 'meaning', 'notes').
If you want more configurability, please vote for 'add UI support for
n-sided cards' on our uservoice forum.

I am trying a few different SRS programs.
Is there a way to select two different fonts and sizes for the each side of the
card. I am learning Arabic which needs Arabic fonts and larger font sizes than
English font and sizes for words.
I also wish there were a way to add different fields, and then choose which two
fields show on the card.
Is there a way to do that?
